2. The service

Get Medical Alert is a lead generation service that connects prospective customers with 365 Medical Alert's personal alarm monitoring service. Submitting a callback request does not constitute a purchase or contract for services. There is no obligation to proceed after your free callback.

Full terms of service for the monitoring plan are provided separately before any subscription is entered into.

3. Pricing information

All prices displayed on this website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. VAT relief may be available for eligible customers with a long-term illness or disability — eligibility is assessed during your callback, subject to HMRC rules.

The SOS device (worth approximately £200) is included free with a qualifying 12-month monitoring plan. Full terms apply and are provided before sign-up.

4. 14-day cooling-off period

If you proceed with a subscription, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your device during which you may cancel for a full refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

5. Accuracy of information
