14-day risk-free period
We want you to feel completely confident in your decision. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your device. During this time you may cancel your plan and return the device for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to cancel within 14 days
Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your device:

How to return a device
- Contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number
- Package the device securely in its original packaging where possible
- Send to: 365 Medical Alert, Bournemouth BH9 2EX
- We recommend using a tracked postal service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned device, to your original payment method. Returned devices must be in good working condition.
Faulty devices
If your device is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately if you experience any issues.
After the 14-day period
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, standard subscription terms apply as set out in your subscription agreement.
